# Multiple accounts

> Use multiple Gmail accounts

Brevity supports multiple Gmail accounts. Each account has its own inbox, drafts, sent folder, and local database.

## Adding an account

Click the account switcher in the bottom-left sidebar and select **Add account**. Sign in with another Gmail account.

## Switching accounts

Click the account switcher to select an account, or use keyboard shortcuts:

| Shortcut                | Action                      |
| ----------------------- | --------------------------- |
| `Cmd+1`                 | First account               |
| `Cmd+2`                 | Second account              |
| `Cmd+3` through `Cmd+9` | Third through ninth account |

Each account's data is fully separate — tabs, workflows, and snippets are per-account.
